1.Results that are fast and relevant -   The updated term refers to a global relevancy standard: 'Advertisers may bid on a search term if their Web site has content that is clearly and obviously reflective of the search term, and their search listing (the search title and description) accurately describes why their Web site is listed for the search term' . You must as an advertiser of eValueBuy Search abide by this standard. Advertisers who do not may have keywords and or their accounts removed. This is to ensure our search clients get relevant results with every search performed at eValueBuy Search.

2. In order to qualify for the $10.00 bonus credit from eValueBuy, advertisers must open an account, create keyword listings and deposit a minimum of $10 into their account. Upon notification of the deposit, eValueBuy will match the deposit up to $100 US to start your pay per click campaign. With the addition of our Auction in the near future, and our recent move to a faster server, we anticipate more traffic for our advertisers. (updated 7/22/06) 

3. Adult sites are acceptable but sites including anything illegal like child pornography will not be included. In addition any sites which we deem to be offensive to the general public or promotes hatred  will not be included. eValueBuy reserves the right to refuse any site that does not meet our standards.

ie. (a) Is hateful, defamatory, derogatory or bigoted based on racial, ethnic, political grounds or may otherwise injure, damage or harm of any kind to any person or entity;
(b) Is, threatening or invades another person's privacy or property rights or otherwise in breach of a duty owed to a third party;
(c) Depicts minors engaged in any activity of a sexual nature or may otherwise harm minors;
(d) Infringes the trademark, copyright, patent rights, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of a third party;
(e) Violates any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation;
(f) Promotes, is involved in or assists in, the conduct of illegal activity of any kind or promote business opportunities or investments which are not permitted under law;
(g) Advertises or offers for sale any goods or services that are unlawful or in breach of any national or international law or regulation; or
(h) Advertise or offer for sale any goods or services the Advertiser does not have the legal right to sell.

4. If your site is refused you will not be entitled to a refund of your initial deposit. If you follow the guidelines within these terms then your site will be added no problem. 

5. Updated September 17/04. eValueBuy is now instituting a minimum bid of $0.02 per keyword listing. Your listings must now meet our minimum bid amount of $0.02 per click. The old minimum bid was $0.05. We have lowered it to give you more value for your ppc advertising account.

6. Updated  July 19/03. "Catch-all" listings will now  be limited to the top 3 bidders. These "catch-all" results will appear on all pages without keyword results as well as in our Shopping Directory Results. Our previous program allowed 3 "catch-all" listings at the top of all search results.

7. The highest bids will be shown at the top of the search results. If you wish to get your site at the top of of the results for your keywords, then you can easily access  your account and under edit in manage your listings click "Top Bid Checked Listings".

8. eValueBuy reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement from time to time and without notice. If we make a change that impacts our members then we will email notification of the change to them.
